"Grane wins Best Buy Carrier of the Year Award" For the fifth year in a row, Best Buy recognizes Grane Transportation with the Shuttle Carrier of the Year Award. Best Buy has 14 Delivery Distribution Centers (DDC) nationwide. These centers handle the company’s operations for home delivery, service repairs and store delivery for appliances and big screen televisions. Grane Transportation is the carrier partner for the Chicago DDC. One carrier is recognized each year for providing the most efficient shuttle operation. Criteria is based on fewest number of claims, on time delivery, loads turndown, Distribution Center complaints, Store complaints, a review with each DDC Manager and providing value added service above and beyond the ordinary. Grane Transportation was at the top of each category. We at Grane value our partnership with Best Buy and look forward to serving them for decades to come.
